All aftermarket parts and services provided are designed for competition use only. All other uses are contrary to federal law. It is your responsibility to understand that If you intend to use your vehicle for any purpose other than competition, DO NOT approve the purchase or installation any products or services quoted. Unless otherwise noted, 

ALL products purchased, and services exercised by Bimtech PNW LLC are sold with the sole intention for off road or racetrack use only. By completing an order on our website, and or approving to execute a service plan, the buyer and intended individual using our services understands and agrees to the following statements and thus releasing Bimtech PNW LLC of all liability. Bimtech PNW LLC products and aftermarket parts installation services may not comply with some State, Federal, Provincial and/or Local laws, ordinances, or regulations. The buyer takes full responsibility in regard to the use of these products on their automobile, which may or may not conform to all applicable laws and regulations for on road or highway use. The buyer acknowledges that Bimtech PNW LLC has made him or her aware that these products and services are intended for off road or race track use only. The buyer absolves Bimtech PNW LLC from all responsibility in ensuring that his or her automobile is compliant with all State, Federal, Province, Local ordinances, and emissions. 

This waiver of compliance covers all past and future purchases from Bimtech PNW LLC, ALL BIMTECH PNW LLC PARTS AND SERVICES ARE LEGAL FOR USE ONLY IN COMPETITION RACING VEHICLES, AND ARE NOT LEGAL FOR USE IN ANY OTHER MOTOR VEHICLE OR CAPACITY. These parts may only be used on competition racing vehicles operated exclusively on a closed course in conjunction with a sanctioned racing event. Competition-only motor vehicles may not be driven to a racing event on a public highway and must be transported on a trailer or other carrier. 

USE OF THESE PARTS IN ANY OTHER VEHICLE OR MANNER MAY SUBJECT YOU TO FINES AND PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION OF FEDERAL AND/OR STATE LAW. IN ADDITION, SUCH USE WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY FROM MOTIV MOTORSPORT, AND CAN VOID YOUR VEHICLE'S WARRANTY. 

It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable federal and state laws relating to use of these parts, and Bimtech PNW  hereby disclaims any liability resulting from the failure to use these parts and tuning services in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws.
